Tour Plan
Depart early from Arusha after breakfast. Drive to Tarangire National Park, known for its massive elephant herds, baobab trees, and diverse wildlife.
Enjoy a full-day game drive with picnic lunch inside the park.
Later in the afternoon, drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight stay.
Overnight: Eileen’s Trees Inn / Marera Valley Lodge / Similar
After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive.
Spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, and — with a bit of luck — the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor, then ascend and drive back to Arusha or your preferred drop-off location.
